If a product has been delivered to you that does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date you received it. Our returns service is free of charge to you
How Our Returns Service Works
1. Log in with your personal account details to the Blue Care Online Shop under “My Account”.
2. In the “Orders” section, you may view all of your order transactions. You may mark the articles that you would like to return by checking the box labeled “Return Item/s”.
3. You will receive a DPD return label from us per email. Please print this label out and attach it to the package. The return package can now be turned over to any DPD parcel shop.
4. Based on your post code (zip), our system will inform you of DPD parcel shops in your area, to provide you with possible drop points for your return package.
As an alternative to a return via self-printed return label, we also offer the possibility to have the parcel picked up by a DPD driver. For this, it is enough to simply tell us of your return request. We will then organise the return through DPD. Please note that a parcel pick-up through a DPD driver strictly requires your presence and, based on logistical reasons, the pick-up period can neither be narrowed to a specific day nor a specific time of day.
